IT Operations Analyst – Production & Incident Management

About the role
We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support a financial‑market management company. The role focuses on maintaining production and testing environments, handling incidents, and ensuring service reliability while working within ITIL best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and guarantee availability of production and testing environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve operational alerts, incidents, and service disruptions.
- Investigate and remediate L1/L2 automation failures.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets in line with SLA commitments.
- Participate in major incident coordination and escalation.
- Monitor system performance and propose service‑improvement initiatives.
- Create, review, and maintain operational procedures and knowledge‑base documentation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to ensure stability.
- Participate in on‑call and 24/7 shift rotations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support or Infrastructure Support.
- Strong analytical mindset, sense of ownership and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent English and availability for 24/7 shift schedule.
Required skills
- Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Jira and ITIL‑based process management.
- Scripting for automation (Bash, Python).
- Networking fundamentals.
- Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
