IT Helpdesk Support – Norwegian Market

About the role

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional to serve the Norwegian market from our Lisbon hub. The role involves providing first‑level technical assistance to customers via phone, email or chat, using remote access tools and ensuring a high resolution rate.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails and common requests for first‑level technical support.
• Analyse incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and aim for a 50 % resolution rate within 6 months (70 % within 12 months).
• Follow defined work instructions, escalation procedures and track all tickets in the internal incident management system.
• Maintain communication with other Bosch sites, departments and colleagues involved in support processes.
• Contribute to the FAQ and knowledge‑base documentation.
• Build good relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Work onsite or remotely according to business needs.

Required profile

• Technical education in IT systems or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Professional experience in a customer‑facing role is a plus.
• Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) – written and spoken.
• Team‑player with strong troubleshooting methodology.
• Willingness to take responsibility for assigned projects.
