SAP C4C Sales & Service Functional Consultant

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Lisbon as a SAP C4C Sales & Service Functional Consultant, supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP C4C solutions for sales and service across multiple regions. You will work closely with product owners, CRM experts and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts and the broader C4C team.
• Assist end‑users from various countries with Sales and Service modules following the Support Concept.
• Communicate with different departments and business roles to support the Cloud implementation process.
• Create, maintain and improve SAP C4C training documentation and deliver trainings to end‑users.
• Support testing activities including user department testing, regression, UAT and integration testing.
• Collaborate with the technical department on technical requirements, bug fixing and data imports.
• Document business and technical requirements, processes, interfaces and perform data quality checks.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics or similar with an IT focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM sales or service solutions (SAP C4C preferred, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM acceptable).
• Proven experience in CRM implementation and support processes.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work in cross‑functional, international teams.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in a global virtual environment.
