IT EDI Integration Project Coordinator

About the role

Continental’s digital backbone for the Tire business is looking for an IT EDI Integration Project Coordinator to lead B2B implementations, support SAP‑based solutions and drive continuous improvement of EDI processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new B2B implementations, especially time‑ and business‑critical OE requests, handling SAP configuration and mapping specifications.
• Support existing and new solutions on a daily basis and consult the business on both.
• Lead EDI‑specific projects and participate in cross‑department projects such as S/4 HANA.
• Continuously improve processes and technical solutions.
• Participate in conferences (e.g., VDA/ODETTE) and provide input for future B2B communication standards.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or equivalent qualification.
• Multiple years of experience coordinating B2B integrations, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Project‑management experience and keen attention to detail.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP EDI, functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.
• Understanding of EDI standards such as EDIFACT, VDA and ANSI, and their configuration in SAP.
• Experience with S/4 HANA environments.
