About the role
The Application Production Support professional ensures that production, infrastructure, resilience, security and operability requirements are fully integrated from design through deployment and run phases. You will work in a global IT services environment, supporting cloud‑based applications and services.
Key responsibilities
- Define technical solutions that meet production and infrastructure requirements.
- Integrate production and infrastructure needs into design, deployment and operational phases.
- Apply application production best practices and manage deployment environments.
- Monitor services and maintain operational stability.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and tooling.
Required profile
- Experience in core banking or other regulated environments.
- Fluent English and working proficiency in French.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, production operations and service management.
- Familiarity with IT risk management and cyber‑security concepts.
- Experience working with Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and DevOps methodologies.
Required skills
- Monitoring & observability tools: ElasticSearch, Grafana, Dynatrace.
- DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible.
- Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift.
- Operating systems: Linux, Windows.
