Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor will lead daily inventory activities at the Wal‑Mart #250 store in Bayamón. You will ensure accurate stock levels, support merchandise assembly, and coordinate unloading, stocking, and receiving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, including merchandise assembly, grocery unloading, stocking, and price changes.
• Supervise a team of associates, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Manage remodel projects, claims processing, and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records using store inventory systems and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Collaborate with receiving, merchandising, and loss‑prevention teams to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail stock management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
