Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Syensqo is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to design and deliver impactful communication that supports business transformation, organizational change, and employee engagement across a global, multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for transformation initiatives and business projects.
• Translate complex business updates into clear, engaging messages for diverse employee audiences, from shop‑floor staff to remote researchers.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and project teams to align communication plans with transformation goals and employee needs.
• Plan and manage multi‑channel communication campaigns across countries, sites, and functions, adapting content and language as required.
• Create compelling content such as articles, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, videos, intranet posts, and employee stories.
• Monitor internal communication trends and propose innovative formats and digital tools to enhance storytelling and interaction.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level communications professional with a strong background in internal communications.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and confident working in an international matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Creative mindset and curiosity to bring fresh ideas to employee engagement.
