Internal Communications Manager – Europe (Lisbon)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead colleague communications across its Europe region. Based in Lisbon, you will connect more than 2,800 colleagues in 11 countries, translating strategy into engaging stories that reinforce culture and brand internally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic communications for Europe Region leadership, including presentations, leadership messaging, videos and events.
• Create and execute engaging campaigns that strengthen culture, collaboration and employee engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Events, Creative Services and senior business leaders to deliver integrated communications.
• Use AI thoughtfully to improve content creation, planning and measurement while maintaining strong editorial judgement.
• Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve channels and campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications, preferably at a senior level within a multinational organization.
• Ability to partner directly with senior regional and global leaders and translate strategy into compelling stories.
• Strong editorial judgement and experience measuring communication effectiveness.
