Instructional Designer (AI-Native)

About the role

Feedzai, a Series D fintech company that uses AI to detect and prevent financial crime, fraud and money laundering, is looking for an AI-native Instructional Designer. The role creates high-quality, scalable and engaging learning experiences for customers, partners and internal teams, combining instructional-design fundamentals with AI-enabled workflows. It focuses on video content, in-app learning, tutorials, certifications and product education.

Key responsibilities

• Design learning journeys for customers, partners and internal teams, including onboarding, feature adoption, role-based enablement, certifications and tutorials, validated against subject-matter experts.
• Create video tutorials, microlearning modules, certifications, interactive guides and in-app training content, using tools such as Synthesia, Descript, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud and Pendo.
• Work with Product, UX, Documentation, Customer Success and SMEs to turn complex fraud-prevention and risk-management concepts into clear, role-based learning.
• Help set up reusable templates, AI prompt libraries and production workflows, and support localization and global accessibility.
• Measure learning effectiveness with metrics such as completion, engagement, assessment performance, time to competence and feature adoption, and iterate content accordingly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, product education, technical writing or a related field.
• Preferred: experience with software or digital products, working with SMEs, and with Product, UX, Documentation, Customer Success or Enablement teams.
• A portfolio showing learning design, written content, video work or in-app guidance is highly valued.

Required skills

• Instructional design fundamentals: learning objectives, learner personas, adult-learning principles, assessments, storyboarding and content sequencing.
• Multimedia learning solutions: videos, tutorials, microlearning, interactive modules and contextual help.
• Writing scripts, storyboards, facilitator guides, knowledge checks and product guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Practical experience using generative-AI tools for content creation, research and drafting.
