Inside Sales Representative - Aerospace & Defence

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), a division of Arrow Electronics, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support its Aerospace & Defence business in Porto. This is an internal sales position based in Porto (Avenida da Boavista) that requires experience in the Aerospace & Defence market and a strong understanding of semiconductor and IP&E technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers across Spain and Portugal.
• Support commercial activities for the Semiconductor and IP&E product portfolios.
• Work with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and target accounts.
• Manage daily inside sales activities, including quotations, pricing support, follow-up and customer communication.
• Collaborate with suppliers, field sales teams, product specialists and business development managers to deliver customer solutions.
• Drive design-in and design-win opportunities within customer accounts.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Take part in business reviews, supplier initiatives and regional growth programs for the Aerospace & Defence sector.

Required profile

• Experience in electronic components distribution, inside sales, customer service or sales support.
• Proven experience in the Aerospace & Defence market and knowledge of its requirements and business environment.
• Knowledge of Semiconductors and IP&E (Interconnect, Passives & Electromechanical) products.
• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and managing commercial activities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
