Industrial Mechanic

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Mechanic to install, adjust, maintain and repair machinery used in production and processing within a food manufacturing environment. The role ensures equipment reliability, supports production operators and complies with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform machine set‑up, adjustments, calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Repair transmissions, motors and other mechanical components.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve equipment faults, including PLC‑related issues.
• Maintain daily work logs for each machine and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Collaborate with mechanical operators and production supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Verify compliance with GMP, report deviations and support food safety segregation.
• Handle manual and electric tools safely and keep them in hygienic condition.
