About the role

Join a leading vacation ownership company as an In-House Sales Representative working in a state‑of‑the‑art sales center at the award‑winning Rio Mar resort. You will engage prospective and current owners, showcase the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and help turn vacation inspiration into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations in the resort’s sales center.
• Build rapport and find common ground with prospective or existing owners.
• Explain the advantages of Wyndham Destinations travel programs.
• Generate sales by initiating transactions and applying effective closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training sessions.
• Maintain performance goals and comply with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education optional.
• 1‑3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Full‑time availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet production standards and handle a short, luxury sales cycle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with general smart‑device operations.
