Frontline Sales Manager – Resort

About the role

The Frontline Sales Manager will lead daily sales activities at Margaritaville Rio Mar, driving revenue while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will coach a team of sales associates, meet defined targets, and uphold the company’s high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets by closing transactions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Lead daily sales meetings and collaborate with the Site Trainer on ongoing training.
• Recruit and onboard new sales associates.
• Deliver group sales presentations as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of Wyndham sales experience (required).
• Experience managing sales teams (preferred).
• Presidents Club recipient (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred.
• Full availability to work weekends, holidays, day and night shifts.
• No travel required outside the home site’s area.
