Frontline Sales Representative – Rio Mar

About the role

We are looking for a Frontline Sales Representative to join our sales team at the Rio Mar resort. In this high‑energy, guest‑focused environment you will build rapport with prospective and current owners, showcase the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and drive vacation ownership sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations in our state‑of‑the‑art sales center.
• Identify common interests with prospects and current owners to personalize the sales approach.
• Explain the advantages of vacation ownership and travel membership with Wyndham Destinations.
• Initiate transactions and apply closing techniques to meet production standards.
• Utilize pre‑qualified leads supplied by the company.
• Participate in ongoing sales and career training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and performance goals.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred (not required).
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet production and performance standards.
• Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with general smart devices (e.g., tablets, smartphones) for presentations and data entry.
