Human Resources Representative

About the role

The Human Resources Representative provides administrative and operational support to the Recruitment function, handling candidate screening, interview coordination, and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone or video screenings and provide qualified candidate summaries to the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and logistical support.
• Validate professional licenses and monitor regulatory exclusion lists for compliance.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
• Audit and organize confidential employee files in accordance with privacy laws.
• Prepare employment orders, contracts, letters, and other recruitment documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or Associate’s degree with one year experience).
• At least six months to one year of administrative or program coordination experience in HR.
• Intermediate Spanish language proficiency and basic English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
