Human Resources Officer – HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our People team and support a wide range of initiatives that drive the Bank’s strategic objectives and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training and development programmes that boost employee capabilities.
• Manage recruitment, performance management and career development processes, continuously improving them.
• Promote employee engagement, collaboration and team spirit across the organisation.
• Produce accurate HR reports and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement compensation and benefits practices that aid attraction and retention of talent.
• Lead the migration to SAP, collaborating with stakeholders on process definition, testing and implementation.
• Continuously improve HR processes, policies and employee‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of training, recruitment, performance management, career development and talent practices.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Good command of English and Spanish.
• High integrity, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
