HRIS Functional Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud

About the role

We are seeking an HRIS Functional Consultant to support our key‑account clients in Oracle HCM Cloud transformation projects. The consultant will work across the full project lifecycle, from solution definition and gap analysis to deployment and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Define target HR solutions, conduct gap analyses and scope functional requirements.
• Design functional specifications, configure Oracle HCM Cloud, and oversee interfaces and integrations.
• Provide change‑management, user‑adoption support and deployment assistance.
• Act as liaison between HR business users, IT, product teams, AMS providers, system integrators and Oracle.
• Manage incident backlogs, enhancement requests and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain solution documentation, limit custom development and promote Oracle best practices.
• Support testing, UAT, migration and post‑implementation stabilization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HRIS projects, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on solution maintainability and documentation.
