HR Process Lead (m/f)

About the role

The Global Business Services (GBS) HR Process Lead supports the GBS HR Global Process Owner in designing, implementing and continuously improving key HR processes. This strategic position drives standardisation, automation and innovation to align HR operations with organisational goals and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing HR processes, identify improvement opportunities and design new or revised workflows, procedures and controls.
• Lead implementation of new processes, including communication, training and change‑management activities.
• Monitor process performance, conduct regular reviews and audits, and drive optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR teams, managers and other departments to ensure alignment, adoption and a seamless employee journey.
• Work with HR technology teams to ensure systems support process requirements and recommend automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, manage risks and maintain documentation for audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of HR experience with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Workday expertise.
• Experience with HR technology systems (HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
