HR Operations Specialist – French (EMEA)

About the role

Join the Centralized Advisory team as an HR Operations Specialist supporting managers and employees across EMEA. You will act as a trusted HR partner, handling inquiries, employee‑relations cases and compliance matters while contributing to strategic HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, the employee lifecycle and HR systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries via live chat, case‑management tools and Microsoft Teams.
• Support employee‑relations and compliance cases in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and specialist teams.
• Manage employment documentation and contract‑related activities across multiple countries and language groups.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects, process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and employee experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French (B2/C1 level).
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Advisory, Employee Relations, HR Shared Services or a similar HR environment.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations and HR processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
