HR Officer

About the role

Acolad is seeking an HR Officer to support core human‑resources services across the employee lifecycle. You will work in a global environment, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with policies, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and employee administration processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality in HR systems.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries via the ticketing tool.
• Assist in implementing HR programs such as performance management, engagement initiatives and training.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Support payroll coordination where applicable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and Operations on HR‑related matters.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding and employee‑relations support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Good understanding of labour‑law principles and HR compliance.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
