HR Generalist – Talent, Compensation & Benefits

About the role

Hyundai de Hatillo is seeking an HR Generalist to support its Human Resources function in the Hatillo office. The role will manage talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, leave administration, reporting, and policy enforcement while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coordinate hiring for all open positions, including pre‑employment testing and background checks.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs and new‑hire orientations.
• Oversee mandatory training, safety, code of conduct, anti‑harassment, and certification compliance.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, leave requests, and annual open enrollment processes.
• Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of HR experience.
• Strong multitasking ability, calm under pressure, and excellent conflict‑resolution skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and knowledge of employment laws.
