HR Generalist – Support Employee Lifecycle & Operations

About the role

The HR Generalist will support day‑to‑day Human Resources operations and help create a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with employees, managers, and the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and people development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions, promote an inclusive workplace culture, and support engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management processes and help organize training and development activities.
• Maintain HR systems, prepare reports, and provide data for payroll and benefits administration.
