HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted point of contact, delivering expert advice and ensuring a supportive, inclusive workplace within our global gaming services business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support on absence, health issues, conduct, capability, grievances and organisational change.
• Build strong relationships with managers and coach them on HR policies, processes and effective people management.
• Support and manage employee relations cases, including complex investigations.
• Maintain accurate HR administration, HRIS data entry, employee records, audits and compliance checks.
• Assist with onboarding activities such as contractual documentation, Right‑to‑Work checks and inductions.
• Support performance appraisal processes, including evaluations, improvement plans and employee development.
• Help develop, improve and implement HR policies, procedures and people processes.
• Provide backup for payroll processing and updates.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and overall workplace culture.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance empathy and sound judgement.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can resolve people issues while maintaining a fair environment.
• Detail‑oriented and reliable, able to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable working closely with business units and providing practical, human‑focused HR support.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms for data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll processing systems.
• Familiarity with HR reporting, metrics and compliance audits.
