Housekeeping Runner

About the role

The Housekeeping Runner supports the guest experience at La Concha Resort by delivering items to rooms, maintaining equipment, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position works overnight shifts, beginning at 10:00 p.m., and is essential to the resort’s high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Deliver guest requests directly to their rooms promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment used.
• Coordinate with supervisors on special situations and immediate attention needs.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs for supplies.
• Follow room‑service procedures, set up amenities, and uphold quality standards.
• Stay updated on daily hotel operations, event sheets, and new procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Protect confidential information and company assets.
• Observe safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and support common goals.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Hospitality‑oriented mindset with strong guest service focus.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, stretch and lift up to 60 lb.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
