Hotel Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to launch Hotel Indigo Príncipe Real in Lisbon. The successful candidate will shape the hotel’s personality, blend the Indigo brand with the local neighbourhood, and deliver a memorable, personalized guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and overall performance of the hotel.
• Monitor operational, commercial and guest‑satisfaction KPIs.
• Maintain consistently high standards of service, efficiency and quality.
• Bring the Hotel Indigo concept and the identity of Príncipe Real to life.
• Build, develop and inspire a high‑performing team.
• Coordinate with the partner responsible for Food & Beverage operations.
• Position the hotel as a leading lifestyle destination in Lisbon.
• Develop relationships with local partners, businesses and the community.
• Ensure compliance with IHG standards and all legal, safety and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations or senior leader in a 4★/5★ property.
• Strong operational and commercial background, preferably in lifestyle or boutique hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Guest‑focused, quality‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
• Genuine passion for Lisbon and its neighbourhood.

Required skills

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
