About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Delta Hotels Azores, you will play a key part in delivering a memorable guest experience by ensuring every guest area is spotless, welcoming, and safe. You will work across rooms, public spaces, and service areas, responding to guest requests and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests, restocking carts and supplies as needed.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy.
