Host/Hostess – CURA (April‑May 2026)

About the role

The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at CURA, the Michelin‑starred restaurant of Four Seasons Lisbon. You will create welcoming first impressions and help design memorable dining experiences through attentive, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, coordinate reservations and respond to inquiries courteously.
• Seat guests promptly at appropriately set tables, respecting guest preferences.
• Set up the host/hostess station, review the reservation book, and recommend room set‑up.
• Maintain a station chart and cover count, balancing server workload to meet service standards.
• Answer telephone calls, take reservations and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs, address inquiries or problems, and recognize regular guests by name.
• Inspect daily menus for quality and appearance, and develop thorough knowledge of menu items and specials.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar host/hostess role within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
