Hospitality Marketing Manager – Alentejo & Algarve

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Hospitality Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our hotels in the Alentejo and Algarve regions. You will shape brand presence, drive guest engagement and support revenue growth across our properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create events and campaigns that energise restaurant and bar operations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, digital content and promotional materials.
• Manage the online presence, including website updates, SEO strategies and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue targets.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors and influencers.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the hospitality or F&B sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent communication, project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality brand storytelling.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
