Head of Customer Success

About the role

Haut.AI is seeking a visionary Head of Customer Success to build and scale its Customer Success function from the ground up. You will own the strategy, execution, and revenue impact of our client relationships while shaping a world‑class team.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end Customer Success operations, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Personally manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop automated health‑score tracking and risk‑detection systems.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a growing Customer Success team.
• Create scalable playbooks, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for client health, NPS, and revenue expansion.
• Integrate CRM workflows with product and support systems for seamless experiences.
• Translate client feedback into actionable intelligence for Product and Sales.

Required profile

• 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS/tech company.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Proven track record with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build CS processes, playbooks, and best practices.
• Experience automating customer health monitoring and risk detection.
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong executive presence.
