Hairdresser – Luxury Resort Salon

About the role

Join the Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club team as a Hairdresser, providing premium hair and beauty services to members and guests in a world‑class resort environment. You will ensure a welcoming, seamless salon experience while supporting daily operations and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality hair and beauty treatments that exceed guest expectations.
• Prepare and maintain salon and treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and full stock of supplies.
• Greet members and guests warmly, offering assistance and amenities throughout their visit.
• Maintain equipment safely and monitor product usage.
• Coordinate daily salon activities, supporting therapists, beauticians, and hosts.
• Stay updated on the latest hair, beauty, and wellness techniques and attend required trainings.
• Upsell spa, fitness, and wellness services and accurately record recommendations.
• Assist with reservations, guest inquiries, and service recovery when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury spas, salons, or health clubs.
• Strong background in hair care, beauty therapy, and preferably knowledge of trichology.
• Excellent guest service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Organised, able to support smooth daily operations.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
