About the role

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard to perform patrols and provide safety for retail stores and other premises in Puerto Rico. The role involves customer service, incident response, and adherence to site-specific security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service while enforcing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergency situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and its perimeter.
• Manage visitor and employee reception processes according to company standards.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old for unarmed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Flexible, rotating schedule availability.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Pass background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
