About the role
Devoteam Cyber Trust is seeking a SOC Analyst to support its financial sector clients. The role involves responding to security alerts, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring service continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to alerts on monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot security alerts, research solutions and deliver fixes.
- Manage security changes following change management processes.
- Handle, track, review, and orchestrate tickets.
- Prioritize tasks according to SLAs.
- Work with the team to identify service improvements.
- Proactively identify, own, and escalate issues that could impact services.
Required profile
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or equivalent technical training.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate security issues clearly.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
Required skills
- Knowledge of security monitoring tools (e.g., DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty).
- Knowledge of network infrastructures such as LAN and WAN.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and MPLS.
