Growth Marketing Manager (ABM) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute demand‑generation programs for a fast‑growing enterprise AI company based in Lisbon. The role focuses on account‑based marketing, events, content and partnership initiatives to create qualified pipeline for complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles in regulated industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run ABM programs targeting priority verticals, segments and named accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales on account selection, buying‑group identification, campaign plays and follow‑up.
• Plan and execute executive events, roundtables, webinars, conferences and partner programs.
• Create integrated campaigns that combine content, outbound outreach, paid media, partnerships and direct mail.
• Build content programs that support category creation, account engagement and sales progression.
• Coordinate campaign production with content, design, product marketing, sales and external partners.
• Track account engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline progression and campaign influence.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, ABM, field marketing or integrated campaigns.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, AI, automation, data, infrastructure, fintech or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of sales‑led growth, named‑account strategies and complex buying committees.
• Proven ability to run ABM programs and executive or industry events.
• Excellent project‑management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
