About the role
Bounce is looking for a Growth Engineer to join its Lisbon office and help scale the marketplace by building systems and product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with global teams to support new product innovations and business initiatives.
- Write high‑quality code for mobile and web applications and maintain existing architecture.
- Own features from concept to production, including A/B testing and data‑driven iteration.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, managing production responsibilities and CI/CD pipelines.
Required profile
- Experience developing and shipping production code across the stack.
- Generalist mindset with a focus on velocity and end‑user experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Required skills
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Elixir, or Ruby.
- Experience with React, React Native, Next.js, Expo, and related frontend technologies.
- Knowledge of API design, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
