Graphic Designer – Hospitality & Leisure

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team supporting the Hospitality, Sports and Leisure platform of Arrow Global in Portugal. The role will involve producing high‑quality visual assets for both digital and print channels across multiple hotel, golf and equestrian brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce artwork for social media, newsletters, presentations, websites, advertising and promotional materials.
• Create event branding, signage and on‑site communication assets.
• Adapt existing concepts to various formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare production‑ready files and coordinate with external suppliers when needed.
• Support internal communication and commercial material creation as required.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese with a good level of English.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
