Graphic Designer – Employer Branding

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Graphic Designer to own recruitment‑focused visual projects from concept to delivery. You will work closely with the Employer Branding team to create compelling static and motion assets that resonate with candidates and reinforce Revolut’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for internal communications and candidate‑facing channels, including static graphics and motion pieces.
• Conceptualise and develop content for marketing campaigns and internal projects while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver optimal design solutions and meet project deadlines.
• Gather design references, build mood boards, and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, managing multiple timelines and delivering high‑quality work.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a visual, brand, or graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and illustration styles.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality output.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and communication skills.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle concurrent projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration.
• Ability to work with 3D assets or create compositions independently.
• Familiarity with motion design and After Effects (nice to have).
