Graduate Marketing Program

About the role

Join ComparaJá’s fast‑growing team as a Graduate Marketing Program participant. You will work directly with the Founder and senior leaders, helping to shape the company’s expansion across Portugal, Denmark and Greece while based in sunny Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive individual projects from conception to delivery, delivering measurable results.
• Identify and develop progressively larger business opportunities within the marketing function.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute initiatives that support the company’s exponential growth curve.
• Travel between the three markets (Portugal, Denmark, Greece) to gain market insights and support local campaigns.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Highly ambitious, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Fast learner with strong analytical thinking.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to own projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational abilities and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Fluent in English and proficient in either Portuguese or Danish.
• Valid EU work permit.
