Global Talent Management Specialist – Technology & Global Segments

About the role

As a Global Talent Management Specialist for Technology & Global Segments, you will join Continental's worldwide HR team supporting R&D, IT, Global Marketing, OE Steering and Product Segment Steering. You will partner with global leadership, HR Business Partners and the Talent Management community to design and deliver strategic talent development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management and local HR to develop and retain talent, ensuring a sustainable pipeline aligned with business needs.
• Monitor talent pipelines, successor readiness and development plans for key talent groups.
• Provide guidance on talent identification, assessment, succession planning and development strategies.
• Act as a talent broker – facilitate offers, support reintegration cases and identify organizational talent needs.
• Drive and implement global talent development activities across Technology and Global Segments.
• Leverage talent insights and workforce data to support talent decisions and future capability planning.
• Lead the design, coordination and execution of leadership and development programs, including onboarding, early‑career, mentoring and expert‑career tracks.
• Manage end‑to‑end program processes: nomination, selection, stakeholder alignment, communications, delivery, external partner coordination and evaluation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Ability to translate talent insights into actionable development plans.
• Experience managing global HR programs and coordinating with internal and external experts.
