Global Employee Communications Senior Manager

About the role

The Global Employee Communications Senior Manager defines and delivers worldwide employee communication strategies that align with Sodexo’s business priorities, the Shift & Grow agenda, and employee engagement goals. Working closely with communication teams across key markets, the role ensures consistent messaging, high‑quality content, and an engaging experience for all colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement global employee communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop annual communication plans in partnership with Global Functions and maintain a shared playbook.
• Provide communication counsel and governance, ensuring standards and editorial guidelines are followed.
• Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of global campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Create toolkits, assets, and innovative formats to boost employee engagement.
• Support HR lifecycle communications and the adoption of key HR programs.
• Own editorial governance of the intranet, set publishing standards, and continuously improve content quality.
• Coordinate activations across all employee communication channels.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in internal or employee communications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute global communication strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
