Global Director of Revenue Enablement (Remote Europe or East Coast)

About the role

n8n is seeking a senior leader to build and own its global revenue enablement engine. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will design and scale a unified enterprise selling methodology across Europe and the US East Coast, turning community momentum into repeatable 7‑8‑figure enterprise revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Select, roll out, certify, and continuously reinforce a single enterprise selling methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, value‑selling) across all regions.
• Develop a PLG‑to‑enterprise playbook that converts community and self‑serve signals into qualified pipeline.
• Partner with product, marketing, and product teams to provide AI‑driven narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement.
• Build a global onboarding engine—from pre‑boarding to certification and first‑deal support—to compress ramp time for new hires.
• Design coaching frameworks, deal inspection processes, and forecast rigor for frontline sales managers.
• Define enablement scorecards focused on revenue outcomes such as ramp time, win rate, and forecast accuracy.
• Recruit, lead, and grow an enablement team covering sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading revenue enablement or sales operations at a global, remote‑first organization.
• Track record of implementing enterprise selling methodologies and improving quota attainment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership, product, and marketing teams.
• Ability to design scalable onboarding and coaching programs for diverse regions.
