About the role

LEWIS, an integrated public relations and marketing agency in Lisbon, is looking for a Campaign Manager (Account Manager) to join its PR team. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring efficient delivery of services, and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as consultant for clients, defining service deadlines and contracts.
• Regularly review account performance, identifying and communicating opportunities for additional services.
• Lead the team in developing content and creative work for clients.
• Define proposals and activation plans tailored to client needs.
• Support new‑business initiatives by participating in pitches with the New Business team.
• Provide strategic advice to clients backed by measurable analysis.
• Stay updated on best practices and current industry trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, practices, and policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C2) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 3‑4 years of experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape with the ability to spot positioning opportunities.
• Proactive, dynamic attitude, excellent organization and time‑management skills, and creativity.
• Flexibility, dexterity, and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
• Experience handling integrated, B2B and B2C clients.
