About the role

Join Leyton’s International Fiscal Services team as a German‑speaking Telemarketing Specialist. You will focus on outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings with senior decision‑makers across European markets, supporting the company’s VAT optimisation services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active outbound prospecting across international markets targeting companies of all sizes.
• Schedule qualified meetings with CEOs, CFOs, and Finance Directors for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, outreach activities, and meeting outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and service experts to ensure prospects receive relevant information.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Secondary education or higher.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or B2B sales, preferably in a call‑center or telemarketing environment.
• Interest in international trade and export business.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
