German-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Hospitality (Entry Level, Greece)

About the role

Our client, a hospitality company, is looking for an entry‑level German‑speaking Customer Support Agent. The role is remote but requires relocation to Greece before starting. You will assist guests with accommodation, booking and travel‑related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance in German via phone, email and online channels.
• Handle booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations and general information requests.
• Follow company policies and service standards when processing customer requests.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German.
• Working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and reside there.
