German Customer Advisor (Braga and Aveiro)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a German Customer Advisor for its LIS9 project, based in Braga and Aveiro, Portugal. You will support clients through the after-sales process by handling their questions and requests, and you will benefit from a fast-growing company with internal career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via inbound calls in the after-sales process by answering questions about reservations and handling potential requests.
• Manage the post-sale when necessary.

Required profile

• Native or proficient German (C2) and fluent English (at least B2).
• Excellent communication skills, with empathy and a team spirit.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
• For non-EU residents, a valid work permit is mandatory.
