French Customer Support Agent

About the role

A global marketplace for refurbished devices is looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Agent based in Braga or Aveiro. The representative provides warm and professional service to customers, efficiently resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients by inbound call, chat or email during the after-sales process, answering questions about reservations and handling requests
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools

Required profile

• Fluent French (native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Previous experience or contact with clients is welcome but not required
• Availability to work in rotating shifts

Required skills

• Typing speed of 20 words per minute
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility
