About the role
A leading short-form mobile video platform, with over 1 billion users, is hiring a German-speaking content moderator in Lisbon through its recruiter Cross Border Talents. The role supports the company's work to address objectionable or disturbing content such as images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism and content that exploits or endangers children. Moderators review videos continuously during each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure legal compliance and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
- Develop, improve and maintain standards for the security of online communities.
- Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
- Coordinate with supervising departments so that policy-violating content is managed promptly.
Required profile
- Fluent German.
- C1 level English.
