Czech-Speaking Video Content Moderator

About the role

A leading global digital media and video platform is recruiting Czech-speaking video content moderators for an on-site, full-time role in Lisbon, Portugal. The moderator reviews, analyzes and moderates user-generated video content, live streams, comments and related media in line with platform policies, community guidelines and local legal standards, helping to keep the online environment safe and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated video content, live streams, comments and related media in Czech and English.
• Ensure content complies with platform terms of service, community standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and act immediately on inappropriate, sensitive or harmful content using standardized procedures.
• Flag systemic trends, recurring violations or ambiguous cases to senior quality and policy teams.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency and productivity in a metrics-driven workflow.
• Take part in policy update briefings, calibration sessions and continuous quality audits.

Required profile

• C1/C2 native or near-native Czech; B2 English or higher for internal communication and system use.
• Attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills, and emotional resilience for sensitive content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online video trends and digital culture.
• Comfort with computers and adapting to internal review platforms and software.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, data analysis or back-office is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon on rotating day/night/weekend shifts.
