German Content Moderator for Social Media

About the role

A well-known social media company is looking for a German-speaking content moderator in Porto. You will review online videos, content, complaints and legal notices received from end customers about incorrect decisions on their copyright works, and help keep the service delivered to customers aligned with contractual KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Review online videos, content, complaints and legal notices received from end customers about incorrect decisions on their copyright works
• Review and update content on a popular social media platform
• Audit content received and shared for social media upload
• Ensure the service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
• Follow strict accuracy guidelines set by the client
• Protect customer data and follow compliance processes

Required profile

• C1 or higher in German and B2 in English
• Associate degree in a related field; 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and patience in customer contacts
• Dependable, with strong attention to detail and tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
