Genesys Developer – Contact Center Solutions

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a Genesys Developer to join its large‑scale technology operation supporting the banking sector. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining voice architectures and complex integrations for contact‑center platforms such as Genesys On‑Premise (Engage) and Diabolocom.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust integrations and solutions in a Genesys On‑Premise or Diabolocom environment.
• Configure and optimise interaction flows (IVR, ACD, routing) using core platform tools like Genesys Composer and IRD.
• Develop integrations between the contact‑center infrastructure and external systems (CRMs, ERPs, databases) using REST APIs, webhooks and platform SDKs.
• Support the full technical project lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Provide advanced technical support, act as liaison between development, product, BI and operations teams, and produce detailed technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Genesys On‑Premise or Diabolocom.
• Strong background in telecommunications with solid understanding of voice networks, VoIP, SIP, SIP trunking and PBX.
• Experience building IVR trees and routing rules; knowledge of VXML or SCXML is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
