About the role

The General Manager will lead a Ralph Lauren retail store in Barceloneta, driving profitable performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role bridges the brand vision with day‑to‑day store operations, focusing on talent development, strategic execution, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for sales and profit performance, ensuring sales and margin goals are met.
• Own strategic planning and execution of company initiatives for the store location.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned with Ralph Lauren brand expectations.
• Shape client development strategy and lead community outreach efforts.
• Set talent strategy, recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing team members.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and training to build new skills.
• Maintain productivity standards through process management, inventory control, and shrink goals.
• Champion new technology and innovative selling techniques.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and brand integrity standards.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile specialty environment.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
